🔑 The keys are officially in our hands!
Today marks a major milestone for WBSD7 as JE Dunn Construction officially turned over the keys to Sloulin Elementary School, signifying the completion of construction.
Over the coming weeks, our team will prepare the building for students. In the meantime, enjoy a few of the latest photos from inside and outside Sloulin!
Just over two years ago, our community voted 66% in favor of a $35 million bond referendum to help make this project possible. Thank you for investing in the future of WBSD7 students! 🌟
As construction progressed, careful planning and favorable project costs resulted in approximately $4.4 million in savings, allowing the district to fully fund the project while directing those dollars toward deferred maintenance projects in our existing schools. ✨️
A heartfelt thank you to JE Dunn Construction, JLG Architects, and the many subcontractors, tradespeople and project partners whose expertise, craftsmanship and dedication brought this incredible school to life.
